Operator will be notified of service-affecting network events and alarms in accordance with agreed notification procedures.

Remote Corrective Actions provides remote corrective actions to be taken by FLM- NOC staff, to preserve service non-affecting or restore affecting service as soon as possible.

Documentation Support

Responsibilities Include :

Preparation of daily progress report (DPR) to NOC for analysis
Provision of incidental activity report on weekly basis as per attached format.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly & half yearly preventive maintenance report with current spares stock status & require spares requisition to carry out the Preventive Maintenance activities as per equipment manufacture standard.
